Michael is the founder of Higher Mind Publishing. He writes gentle, honest self-help and spiritual books for sensitive souls: the people who feel things deeply, notice everything, and sometimes wonder why life feels so loud.

His books don't promise miracles. They offer something more useful: plain words, practical tools and a steady hand for the hard bits, whether that's a dark night of the soul, a comment that won't let go, or the search for work that means something.

Michael lives in Da Nang, Vietnam, where he writes and keeps growing a catalogue of more than 40 titles. Right now his focus is simple: a peaceful, positive mind, a happy and successful life, and helping as many people as he can find a little more calm and a lot more kindness towards themselves.
