These terms apply when you use this website or buy an e-book from Higher Mind Publishing, a small Australian sole-trader business run by Michael. By buying a book or using the site, you agree to them.
Our e-books are A$19.99 each and are paid for through Stripe's secure checkout. After you pay, your book is emailed to you as a PDF and an EPUB, usually within 24 hours. If anything goes wrong, see our Refund Policy.
When you buy a book, you get a licence to read it for your own personal use. You're welcome to keep copies on your own devices. Please don't share, upload, resell or pass on the files to anyone else. All books and website content remain the copyright of Higher Mind Publishing.
Our books and this website share general wellbeing information. They are not medical, psychological or financial advice, and they aren't a substitute for help from a qualified professional. We take care with everything we publish, but we can't promise that a book will suit every person or situation. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any indirect loss from using our books or website, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This site links to other services, such as Stripe and our social media pages. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
