Refund Policy
Every Higher Mind Publishing book is a digital e-book, sent to you by email as a PDF and an EPUB. Each one is A$19.99, paid through Stripe's secure checkout. Because a digital file can't be handed back once it's been downloaded, refunds work a little differently from a shop that sells physical things.
If your file is faulty, won't open, is the wrong book, or doesn't arrive, please email highermind@proton.me. We'll send you a working replacement as quickly as we can. If we can't fix the problem, we'll give you a full refund.
Outside of those situations, refunds are looked at case by case. Email us within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you ordered with and a quick note about what happened, and we'll do our best to be fair.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
